Every year, come the last week of October, stores will be filled with Halloween costumes. Gone were the scary Halloween costumes of ghouls, vampires and werewolves. These were replaced with superhero costumes; such as the Superman Halloween costumers. There are other Halloween costumes too that are quite catchy and timely, such as the Harry Potter costumes. Now, little kids want to be superheroes, whether it is the one who can fly or the one that can cast a spell.

Now, if you’ve gone shopping for Halloween costumes, then you’ll notice that more children prefer the Superman Halloweens costumes over the villain costumes. Also, more children would rather be the geeky looking boy with the Harry Potter costumes. Does Halloween still stand for nights wearing creative and home made scary Halloween costumes, or has it turned to one of you usual costume parties with everyone coming in as superheroes in Superman Halloween costumes?
