I was looking for a great and easy way to backup my wordpress database as I had to backup my database everytime through my cpanel phpmyadmin. Then I found a great wordpress database backup plugin. Maybe many of you must be already knowing about this great plugin. But for those who are new to blogging and wordpress, you should get it now.
Well, the plugin was originally developed by Skippy but Skippy is on some other thing these days. Now you can find the plugin at Filosofo and you directly download the plugin here. It’s a zip archive and you will need to extract it. Once extracted, just upload it in your wordpress plugin directory and activate it. That’s it. Now got to your Manage Tab and check for an option “backup”. Click there and you can get your database backup the way you want.
